About the event
Please join us for this summer series offered on the 2nd 3rd and 4th Saturday of May-June-July. One of the following Yoga, Sound Bath/Meditation and Somatic Experiencing will be offered (one each session). Limited yoga mats provided. Your providers are licensed or certified in their craft to offer an exceptional restorative experience. Location will vary weekly to enable us to take advantage of nature on beautiful sunny days. Cost $20 (prepaid online)
