About the event
Please join us for this special Kick Off Event to launch Self Care Saturdays Summer Series. The KOE includes yoga, chair massage, complimentary beverage, a journal and of course a swag bag. No ticket needed-pay day of event Cost $20
This series will be offered on the 2nd 3rd and 4th Saturday of May-June-July. One of the following Yoga, Sound Bath/Meditation and Somatic Experiencing will be offered (one each session). Limited yoga mats provided. Your providers are licensed or certified in their craft to offer an exceptional restorative experience.
Note: Location varies week to week. Lincoln Park is the location for May 11, 2024 only!
