Hi! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 16 years, I have partnered with individuals, families and groups from all walks of life and facing a range of challenges. I serve as a guide, a support to help my clients to build on their strengths and find ways to remove or work around the barriers face and the areas where they feel stuck.

Therapy doesn’t have a one size fits all. So I will pull from a range of therapeutic interventions to find a strategy that best serves each individual. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and CBT generally. I have a whole person approach so mental health is only one aspect to optimal wellness. I am a bi-racial and adopted into an interracial family from birth. I grew up in a home with vast diversity of not only race but country, language and religion. So I deeply value the diverse experiences we all bring.

That passion has led me to be lifelong champion for diversity, advocate for equity and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion subject matter expert. I am passionate about partnering with groups & organizations to start honest dialogue and power through uncomfortable conversations to bring long lasting impactful change around diversity, equity and belonging I would be honored to partner with your group or organization to create a culture of inclusion that helps it thrive!

Finally, I am a mother of children from ages 28 to 5 (nope not a typo) and can related to the challenges of parenthood whether single or married. My faith has helped me overcome the most difficult of life’s challenges but I am not here to judge or convert anyone. My faith fills me with joy, love and peace and I believe my sole purpose is to allow those blessing to overflow to others. My faith drives me to engage, educate and empower others to expand their reach to include more diversity leading to equity and inclusion.
